Med anledning av en sprillans ny femme-antologi gästar två av Stockholms tyngsta femme-aktivister Hallongrottan. Ulrika Dahl berättar om arbetet med Femmes of Power: Exploding Queer Femininities (2008; Serpent’s Tail) som hon skrivit tillsammans med Del LaGrace Volcano. Josephine Wilson berättar om sin text i rykande färska Visible: A Femmethology (200; Homofactus Press). Därefter utbryter ett samtal om femme-identitet, femme-inism och representationer därav, givetvis i dialog med publiken.

Ulrika Dahl and Josephine Wilson talk about femme identity and femme-inism, and specifically about the representation thereof in two books that they recently co-authored.

Ulrika Dahl is co-author, with Del Lagrace Volcano, of Femmes of Power: Exploding Queer Femininities (2008; Serpent’s Tail) and Josephine Wilson is co-author, alongside more than 50 other femmes, of Visible: A Femmethology (2009; Homofactus Press). Both books in different ways seek to represent some of the range, diversity and the power of queer femme-ininities. Ulrika and Josephine will talk about the personal politics of representation and the publication of femme identities in text and image.
